THE DEALERS are Pierre Vincent and Bessie Sayce. An acoustic duo playing songs from their first 2 albums, "LISTEN" (2006) and "TRINE TO THE CHEATS" (2007), as well as a few choice covers ranging from Leadbelly to Leonard Cohen and Billie Holiday to Tom Waits.

On the 4th Jan 2006, THE DEALERS performed their first gig together at The Walmer Castle in Deal, Kent. Since then, they have won various folk competitions including "Best Unsigned Acoustic Act" in Britain '06 by Playmusic Magazine and Rochester Sweeps Festival Folk competition. Within the last two years, THE DEALERS have also received airplay on local radio stations across Austrailia and the USA and have had two shows dedicated to them on BBC Radio. Their song "COST" was also added to Neil Young's LIVING WITH WAR website.

In March '07, Pierre and Bessie swapped the comfort of their rented home in Deal for an old Canadian Winnebago, they sold almost everything they owned to help finance their new found life on the road! THE DEALERS are now organising a tour of the USA for 2008. Pierre and Bessie write, perform, record, produce and distribute all of their own music. Their merchandise and marketing material has been illustrated by Pierre's dad, Dave. The past two websites were created and managed by Trev (Bessie's dad). Thankyou for taking the time to listen!
